Function Booking Information

The best beachfront venue on the Mornington Peninsula!

 

Crackerjack offers an intimate space in modern, contemporary surrounds with uninterrupted bay views and a “to die for” sunset in the evenings.

Several function packages are available from platters, cocktail parties through to more traditional seated dining. 

We have a minimum of 30 people for any function package.

We offer many options for your function with seated dining in our Beachfront room that seats 50 inside and 40 on the deck (weather permitting).  We also have the Function Room which is perfect for those larger functions that can accommodate 90 people seated and is great for cocktail functions with room for music and dancing.

We can arrange for you to have Barefoot Bowling with the Carrum Bowling Club to compliment your function – a great way to give your guests an experience to remember.

We recommend a bar tab for your function and we will work with you to set the limit and the drinks available.

We pride ourselves on tailoring packages to suit everyone’s budget and creating a personalised event that your guests will talk about for years to come.  We have birthday parties for all ages, engagements, weddings and any other event you can think of to celebrate in style.

Terms and Conditions

Deposit - A $250.00 deposit is required to confirm your booking. Deposits are strictly non-refundable within 30 days of the proposed function date. Confirmation of definitive guest numbers and the balance of payment is required 7 days prior as menus and charges will be based on this number. 

The payment of the deposit will be seen as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Menus - may change due to availability of seasonal produce. Final menu and dietary requirements must be confirmed 7 days prior to the event.

Conclusion - Service will conclude at an agreed time and guests must depart within half an hour of this time. Charges will be incurred at $500 p/hour past the closing deadline.

Concessions - Children and professional guests (ie. non-guests such as musicians, photographers and chauffeurs) will be charged at 50% of the total per head cost by prior arrangement only.

Music - As our venue is located in a residential area, music must not be kept to a reasonable level outside the venue. We appreciate your co-operation with this request.

Cake - Cakes are available, through our own kitchen upon consultation with our chef from $7.50 per person.

We are happy to cut and serve your own cake for a small fee of $2.00 per person. We are only able to accept cakes that have been professionally prepared and delivered by a registered, approved business.

Decorations - venue, tables and surrounds may be decorated by you at your cost. Confetti, party poppers
 or any water leachable material must not be used.

Any damage to furniture or facilities will be charged for at cost price of repair.

Access - Access to the venue for decorating and general set up is available 2 hours prior to the confirmed start time of your function. Earlier access is available by negotiation.

Smoking - is not permitted within the venue or on the deck; however designated smoking areas are available.

Confirmation - Bookings will be confirmed with your deposit and the date will NOT be held until the deposit is received.
